Bubblegum roads

Chewing gum and bubble gum, when trodden on to concrete or asphalt, appears almost supernaturally tenacious. Not much shifts it.

Instead of cement or tar, make roads of aggregate mixed with well chewed gum. They'll last forever.

       Chicle growing nations should love this idea. You may have single-handedly re-invigorated the economy of many third-world nations. (After all, who wouldn't love the ripe smell of juicyfruit emanating from the city's roadways on a warm summer day?)
