This device bolts into the ceiling above a place drinks are poured. It has a very high resolution camera and high fidelity microphone. It uses heuristic AI to detect the sound and location of overflowing drinks. When detected it uses an ultra-fine laser to zap bubbles one at a time until the drink is no longer overflowing.

       a sufficient surfactant (say that 10x fast) can also kill foam. The most common and readily available being grease from the skin. more sanitarily one could simply mistify oil from the deep fryer and sprinkle it down on the patrons.   

       Come home smelling like beer and fries!

       You have that backward, metarinka. Surfactants create foam. What you need is a defoamer.

       A defoamer is a type of surfactant. It's a 'surface active agent', just acting opposite to its foam-making cousins.
