Boxing Jeopardy
"...and it's a wicked uppercut, followed by a left jab... OH! AND HE GETS THE DOUBLE JEOPARDY QUESTION!" | |
A boxing match where the combatants answer questions
played over loud speakers facing the ring while fighting.
The ref has directional mikes build into his hat to record
the answers.
One question is worth one hit. At the end of the round
the
winners correct answers and landed punches wins
that
round.
When a question is played through the sound system, a
boxer yells "ANSWER!" and the ref blows a whistle, steps
in and seperates the fighters. The boxer that yelled
"ANSWER" responds to the question and gets a point
added or taken away. The bell then rings and they go
back to fighting.
This would determine the smartest and best boxers,
something that's not often considered in sports.
