Automated signals and horns

As you may know the average consumer spends 99% of their time tethered to a smartphone, making most of the world at their fingertips. As a result, it has become preferable to spend $99 on for a lightbulb that may be controlled though ones computer than to understand the ins and outs of a light switch.

As a logical extension of this, and to extend the advantages of automation to a greater audience base, I think it would be astute if cars were built with horns signals and wipers that could be easily adjusted from ones smartphone. Being able to adjust signals, and horns mid-tweet. I would mean drivers would be less distracted by the array of analog dials on their dash and could focus more on whats really important.
