Audionly smartphone

 No LCD. Keyboard and screen give audio audio cues and talk with user

Hands off voice reco works. So does a theremin. Text to speech is widely used (like wiki pages read on youtube).

So, have a smartphone that tells you or gives you some audio cue about your finger position on the keyboard, and all the interface is audio only.
