Ape Glasses Experiment

Supply gorillas and chimps with eyeglasses of various configurations, see which ones they like.

I assume ape's eyes age just like humans and can be fitted with eyeglasses to correct nearsightedness and farsightedness.

We all love apes with glasses for some reason, so why not make it a thing? They'd like it, we'd like it. Everybody wins.

It would be interesting for instance to see the chimp see people gathering at its enclosure grab its glasses to more clearly see the visitors, or to see a bug on the ground and grab its appropriate glasses to more clearly see that as well.

And yes, sunglasses, 3D glasses, even kaleidoscope glasses could be fun, however might want to cut the kaleidoscope glasses experiment short if they never took them off.
