Climing boot for Everest, K2 or any high altitude climbing..
A triple layer plastic boot, the outer 2 layers made from carbon kevlar composite (or similar in plastic) and the inner a soft fitting liner. There is a gap between the 2 outer layers which are then sealed so as to create a vacuum. This would
keep the feet at a more constant temperature than a normal boot. A piezo crystal is present in both heel and toe and a heating element runs throughout the inner liner. As you walk you generate heat.
This would keep your toes warm (minimum) if you didnt want to take oxygen with you.

The piezo is just an aside and probably unnecessary.
The main idea is the vacuum as insulation to prevent heat loss...............Although a piezo could be used as part of a charging circuit for batteries lol |

But the vacuum wouldn't prevent heat from escaping through the top of the boot. Maybe a vacuum suit... |

It would help slow the heat escaping...Peter, Kevlar possibly because you're going to be climbing over sharp rocks and such... |
