Expensive, difficult, slightly dangerous, not particularly effective... I'm on a roll.

An Extra Rung is an extra rung for your ladder.

As it's fully adjustable via a simple telescoping arrangement, it can extend or contract to fit just about any width of ladder. At either side there are a set of robust clamps to hold it securely in place.

Place it anywhere on your ladder to create that vital half, quarter, third or seven eighths extra step between the main rungs.

On one hand it's simple, practical, and well explained. On the other hand it doesn't involve nuclear radiation. (+/-)

......it's very useful for descending into tanks of heavy water.....happy now?

Would it not be simpler to have the rung at the bottom if the ladder, so that if it were needed it could simply be unclipped and attached to the top !?

That only works with blankets. This is an extra rung. This means that when you use it there is an additional rung to negotiate. Try to keep up please, or Battersea will be contacted to arrange for another shower.
