Quite a lot of warrior princesses as well... how would you feed them all ? or is it a trade-in deal.

Well, at least it's not in other:general.

On a side note... I was once told that the word mastectomy originated from the practice of amazon warrior women cutting off one breast in order to better use a bow.

Can't remember the source now but I believed it at the time.
It's not in any of the etymological dictionaries though so I guess it was crap.

       ok, carry on

//the word mastectomy originated from the practice of amazon warrior women cutting off one breast in order to better use a bow//

No. "Mastectomy" comes from the Greek for "breast" and "cut". Amazon warriers were supposed to have cut off one breast, but the word "mastectomy" doesn't come from that.

In a rare triple bluff, [MB] is (a) correct and (b) not just messing with your head.

I think he secretly likes me. (don't tell anybody)

Don't get excited. I also keep pet African Land Snails.

Be afraid. Be VERY afraid, particularly if anyone enquires about your exact weight. The applicable formula is "45 minutes per kilo, plus 20 minutes".

At Buchanan Acres, when they say "We're having some friends round for dinner", they're not speaking metaphorically. We only feel safe because thanks to all the cybernetics we have a nasty, oily, metallic taste (according to the Intercalary - we suspected there was a reason he's filed his teeth to points). We still have some faint scarring in the ankle areas.

//Buchanan Acres// Oh, puhlease - who bothers with fiddly little units like acres? Although, as chance would have it, there is a little pocket of the kitchen garden known as Basil's Acre (we grow it for the pesto, you know).

       The plot thickens...

       ... as does the gravy.
