Reading each alternating page of a book can be tedious. So don't print the back of the page until the end is reached, and then continue the story on the reverse pages.

How about printing the whole book on a toilet roll, then there are no pages to turn at all. Just read one or two each time you use the loo. (not good in a shared household)

So, this is a means of saving the energy needed to shift ones gaze from the left page to the right page?

Does this saving offset the energy needed to turn the pages of the book twice as many times in total?
