Emergency air/oxygen systems are standard fitting in public transport planes, so is it crazy to suggest marketing/legislating them into public/private/trade vehicles in cities where other means of coping with air-pollution have failed or are failing to reduce health-maintenance costs?
A bottom-of-the-cliff
measure of course but the same applies to a related practice - fitting airbags.
