For after the apocalypse when there won't be any government left to refer to when negotiating land rights, this would be a mesh-network based combination of data from popular social networks like Facebook and Foursquare that assigns land rights based on an algorithm that combines mutual friend information with location information as well as an "I was here first" aspect.
