Aeolian Skipping Rope

Don't Google "Aeolian rope" unless you've already guessed that the one and only hit would be for a Giant Hooters site...I mean, how could you not guess that?

The aeolian skipping rope works on the same principal as a flute. An opening in the center of the hollow rope allows air to pass over it as the rope is swung. Air holes in the handles let the child change notes while they skip the beat.

       Whoa! This is amazing!

Wonder if if you could have it shift notes by having different hole arrangements come into the wind by having the tube rotate at the handles, then it could play a short tune.

Well, if you're going to go there [doctor], then it's time for an only vaguely related link.
