Hire a room. Assemble a group of adults around a happy 9
month old baby on a comfortable play mat. Attempt to
contort yourself into whatever position the baby assumes.
Realise that this is going to be a hard workout as the
baby begins to chew her own foot. Revel in the gurgling
enjoyment of
a baby as she watches all of the adults
struggling to copy her.
Stop when the baby becomes bored, or when you dislocate
your hip.

Hi there fishy, long time no see. How the hell are you? Did
you have a baby? Is that the inspiration for this idea? Any
way, being a long time, and devoted yogi, I applaud this
idea. My daughter owns a yoga studio in DC and she has
classes for babies, called "itsy bitsy yoga". She could just
have the babies be the instructors and the parents the
students, and this idea could be "born". Great idea. |

Hey [bliss]! I had a baby and I wrote four novels.
Baby Nancy arrived 3 months early and gave us all a
scare, but is now in rude health and is my constant
muse... so yet, she's completely the inspiration for
the idea. Thank you for the 'welcome back', I'll try
not to leave it so long next time! |

[Eleventeenthly] and I once did a Yoga routine together
outside the Prado when he was three. It drew quite a bit of
attention. |

I'll practice pulling my socks off with my mouth every night before bed. Maybe make a toothbrush out of that. |

Cool! Did you do that bit where he lifts the
spaceship out of the swamp using the Force? |

I'm concerned I might throw my back out attempting to imitate my 11-month old. She arches some crazy contortions when we try to pin her down long enough to get changed. |

I actually do something like this! It makes a great workout sometimes. I just imagine the baby. My grandchildren ask "What are you doing, Gaga?" I say "It's gaga yoga." |
|
|
Lady gaga yoga, I like that. |
|
|
I reckon that's a whole nother idea altogether, [bliss] |
