Instead the usual ten pins at the end of lane, a large grinning mouth filled with oversized replica teeth appears which you can knock out of their gum holders. Super strikes can get them all out in one go, but the chances are one stubborn molar will remain at the back and require several attempts to dislodge it.

How do you get the upper jaw? Bounce the ball?

Impacts against the lower lips should dislodge them if they're stuck, but most will come out when the lower molars are struck as they are wedged in place against them.

It's not fair! Why do you get the Taylor Swift lane while I always get the Gary Bussey lane? This shit is rigged I tell ya.

Every now & then, the 4 right at the back are locked in place, & require an absolutely perfect, extremely powerful shot to dislodge each one.
