a large helmet of the *non-orgasmic* variety could be fit with several brushes along the inside, that, when deployed, would move from top to bottom, followed by finer comb-heads on the same tracks. after this, they would retract and move to the top for the next use. it could be mounted directly above one's toilet for those who enjoy multitasking.
