Some kid at school made a vibrating fire alarm pillowrest for the deaf for a project. I thought it was pretty cool. This is more complex and less comfortable.

false alarms would be a problem though. dust in detector sound alarm and needlessy makes pajamas into earthquake. Alarm gets pulled, anybody wearing these pajamas would have to walk down the stairs while pajamas are shaking, unless there is a stop feature
