eye glasses with arms ending in a cue tip

My father has a funny but nasty habit of removing his glasses and using the end one of the arms to clean/ itch the insides of his ears. This product is a cue tip with a sleeve attachment that slides over the end of the glasses arm. A tiny elastic is affixed to each sleeve allowing it to stay put while "digging", but also allows for disposal after use like a regular cue tip. Prior to use the stylish clean cue tip is discreetly worn behind the ear with the glasses maintaining their regular position. Patent Pending.

Well, nevermind about getting the ladies, but it sounds useful otherwise!

I think a Q-tip rather than a cue-tip - spelling, please!

Or maybe change fathers.

After the cleaning process, how does he remove the earwax from the spectacle arms? If the answer is "sensibly and in a sanitary manner" then this idea would work for him. If however the answer is "as an appetiser" then he might be in for a mouthful of cotton! Perhaps a better solution would be to rub some chilli-juice on the end of his specs and hope that his next “dig” will be his last.
Oh, I meant that the shock of getting chilli-juice on his ears would put him off doing it again, but reading that again it sounded like, err, never mind.

If he's been a good boy this year, I would hope that santa will bring him real Q-tips for christmas.
