I like the idea of the pigeon milk churner better than I like the idea of pigeon milk, but still not enough. Plus it all seems a little time consumming and pigeons are town centre vermin. From the disgusting state I've seen them in I really wouldn't want to consume anything they produce let alone spend time making their minute secretions into butter.
