Yep, I love this idea. Instead of doing the measly old rub-an-ice-cube-over-my-cleavage routine I could just slide my whole body up and down the bar top. Ha, just kidding. I don't rub an ice cube over my cleavage. Seriously, I don't. Um, is it getting hot in here?

Also, some circle-shaped low-reliefs should be carved on the ice to fit the bottom of the glass and keep the drinks from slipping.

Love it... Also, metal bowls with flat foot plates that extend beyond their perimeter could be set into the ice (ie, place in water prior to freezing) to provide a 'dry' but chilled environment for bar snacks.
