it's a hat that you buy when you are sick instead of a box of tissues. keeps your head warm and dispenses tissues.

there could be a wet wipe version for new moms or for people that do disgusting things all of the time.

It could be lined with several layers of tissue. Doff hat, sneeze into it, tear away the outermost layer for disposal.

I wonder if there is any particular style of hat better adapted for receiving sneezes than others.
