Its a normal looking doorbell with a button, however if you are not at home, it sends you an sms.

You can then call that number and have a chat with whoever is on your door, and if you feel like it, maybe even unlock the door remotely with the right password (or other remote control stuff).

This way, you won't miss a visit.
