It would be nice if there is an electronic metadata standard for citations that can be embedded within images, videos, text.
So when you import it into your document, it would be possible in a single click to scan each file for citation metadata that can then be added to a bibilography database.
Plus if news website post such images from an academic report, you could hover over it to find the original report it came from etc... makes it easier for journalist to accidentally forget to cite their source.-- mofosyne, Oct 08 2015 IPTC Information Interchange Model https://en.wikipedi...n_Interchange_ModelThe Information Interchange Model (IIM) is a file structure and set of metadata attributes that can be applied to text, images and other media types. It was developed in the early 1990s by the International Press Telecommunications Council (IPTC) to expedite the international exchange of news among newspapers and news agencies.
