borderline Borderline Personality Disorder   (+3)  [vote for, against]
because despite the diagnosis, one can appear quite normal [at times]

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) describes patients who are "borderline" in the sense of being neither neurotic nor psychotic [but not altogether sane]. I have been diagnosed with this lovely affliction and despite or because of a steady diet of medication, I appear reasonably normal which causes some to question the accuracy of the diagnosis. I'd be really surprised to find this one half-baked but at the same time I anticipate accusations of being personally half-baked. Or would I then be half half-baked (equal to 1/4 baked)? Pardon me, I missed my med call this morning.

Peter: (challenged).

Now that one can attribute obsessive compulsive disorder to a strep throat, can my search for meaning be near an end?
