As a chef I know a recipe when I see one and how to follow it. If this is a recipe then it is not a complete one, rather a list of three ingredients meant to be combined in a manner similar to turducken.

I spear and eat west coast barrracuda when I have the opportunity, they're yummy.
I've not had the opportunity to try fugu yet, but I suspect it's little fragments of fish, which would be lost in the three foot long barracuda.
I'm guessing pirhana probably tastes much like bluegill, which is OK in itself, but I'm betting the problem here would be three dissimilar and not complimentary flavors/textures.-- normzone, May 05 2007 random, halfbakery
