Computer: Email: Recipient
"SCC" email (non)recipient list   (+3)  [vote for, against]
Lists the email recipients you want to purposely snub

Along with the CC: and BCC: fields, email programs should offer an SCC: field. This is for when you want someone to know that you've left them out of a group email. The SCC'd or "snubbed" person will receive the subject line and see the list of other recipients, but will get a blank message body and no attachments.

Combined with FaceBook, texting, and other social weapons, the SCC will fit in seamlessly with modern society.

No, it's the power supply pin on an IC.
