This is a condom shaped resealable pouch with none or one of several types of solvents, H20, oil, alcohol surrounding a moist towelette. This is so that you can make your own moist towelettes with whatever you want to put in your wallet or purse for emergencies, like bleach, deodorant, cologne, whiskey, paint thinner etc. It can be kept in the pouch of the marsupial in your pocket, who can take it out and use it as a huffing towel.
