Modify one of those hairdryer air diffusers so that the air suction is enough to draw in the dust that the feathers flick up into the air but not strong enough to suck in the feathers themselves. Center the feathers in the middle of the diffuser-needs to be longer feathers so you don't send your Precious Moments flying off the shelf-and draw in air through the small holes encircling the feathers on the diffuser. This way you don't need to use both hands, one for the feather duster and one for the vacuum nozzle. Hose would need to be ultraflexible.-- AH, Apr 26 2006random, halfbakery
