Absolutely, there's also a folding version - the swishblade.

[hippo] - so was I! There are many long-handled brushes with two heads, normally for brushing dogs teeth. But no medieval inspired toothbrushes of oral justice.

I foresee this getting very messy, I detest wiping toothpaste off of the bathroom mirror, after a quick spin with a double handed toothbrush I don't think I'll be able to see anything. +

Erm - well, they seem to show up a lot when I did a bit of Intarweb searching to see if this idea was original. The two heads are apparently useful for dogs' different types of teeth - as opposed to two-headed dogs.

Nope. Bristles are at the end of the brush. It's two handed in terms of length of handle so you can hold it like, say, a baseball bat - not as per Klingon weapon choice.
