Sweden Isn’t A Real Country Hoax Experiment   (+3)  [vote for, against]
See how many people can be conned.

You’d use all the standard stuff, fake maps, pictures of Sweden “proven” to be fake by making actual fake pictures that are not of Sweden but badly photoshopped, and the main thing, ask: “Have you ever met a single person who was actually born in Sweden?” That’s the first hook because lots of people don’t know anybody who was actually born in Sweden so you’d get a “Whoa! That’s right!”

Then just list famous Swedes and say they’re actually from the country of Copenhagen.

The real map of Europe they don't want you to see. https://www.dropbox...ea&st=z477wr1z&dl=0
Hmm, not seeing Sweden anywhere. Interesting. Hunzoya is beautiful in the spring by the way. [doctorremulac3, Jul 07 2024]

//Have you ever met a single person who was actually born in Sweden?//

Yes, but that's not the point.

What this experiment is missing is the appeal to vanity. There has to be an enemy who has perpetrated this hoax, and a corresponding opportunity to give meaning to your life by joining the heroic underground resistance to this enemy, thereby distinguishing yourself from all those other suckers.

lol! I’m putting you in charge of operation “The Truth About Sweden”. But to fight the “Sweden” hoax we’re gonna need donations. Lots and lots of donations.

See link. Ever see those beautiful pictures of Stockholm? Sure are pretty aren't they? Almost like they're all fake.

I'm one of the people who has ever met a person who was born in Sweden. Quite a few, in fact. To be fair, I was living in Norway (next door) at the time. I'm not arguing with you 'cuz you're right: few people pass that test.

That's because Swedes tend to stay in Sweden. Sweden is actually a really great place, so they have less interest in emigrating elsewhere.

Might also be able to do this with Lichtenstein and Luxembourg. The former might fail, though, if the person has seen "A Knight's Tale."

All those Nordic countries up there are amazing by any metric you can name. I was totally blown away during my time up there, absolutely beautiful by any measure.
