Street Gang Registration Office   (+6, -2)  [vote for, against]
Sorta like band name registration, public zoning office, and trademark office, to hopefully end turfwars.

Let it be hereafter known that whereupon 'WyzDawg,' a representative member in good standing with the urban social youth club known commonly as the '18th Street Gang' reserves the following areas of interest for use by the club, to the exclusion of competitive social clubs in all club-associated activities:

1. The Registration of '18th Street Gang' as a protected Trademark name.

2. An Area of Southeastern Armpit, as defined by the region southeast of the intersections of Martin Luther King JR Blvd. and 5th Avenue, comprising 15 acres of mixed-development land.

3. A certain membership signal, designated by the tipping of 3 fingers of the right hand sideways and in a downward fashion towards the left pocket, followed by a upturn of the hand, as a Trademark of the Club.

4. A certain creative variation of the spelling and form of 18st, as appearing on the attached page, as a Trademark of the Club, including all common variants thereof.

Just sign here, please, making sure you touch the paper with all four fingers and the thumb of each hand...that's right, just roll the ends around like...so. Thank you, Mr Dawg. And good luck finding a deputy.

4. The Member agrees that a registered trademark symbol, ®, must appear after all gang tags on all surfaces, along with a copyright symbol, © and the year of paint spraying/pen marking, in order to designate the trademark of the symbol on the attached page and noted in article 3.

It could be the new lowest common denominator for lawyers who graduate at the bottom of their class.

I always thought we should offer professional shooting instruction to these lads in an effort to eliminate the "spray and pray" mode of their drive-by shootings that injures and kills so many innocents.
