This is some script embedded on individual web pages, that allows the user to draw a rectangle and take a snapshot of the "issue" that is perturbing them (like a site-contained screenshot). Then this visual reference is annotated with the problem and sent to the Admin or Developer so they have a better idea of what the problem is.
