Create and control the online lives, laughs and tragedies of virtual users and moderators. Make your own characters such as uniguru, PhDee, catgal and elektrotekie, and choose such traits as knowledge base, pun propensity, shortness of temper and English fluency. Also likes and dislikes, citizenship and creation date are important to the game.
As the web personalities interact with each other via postings, annotations, votes and e-mail, you can steer and be startled through all facets of site life: lurking, first posting, pride, envy, joy, even deletion. New Halfbakery tagline: "you couldn't make it up".-- egbert, Dec 16 2002 Rather than a 'Sim' for fun idea - this could be a research tool to predict outcomes of ideas.
Research and estimate as many baker's traits as possible (such as pun-propensity etc...). Use this information to build an ultra complicated heuristical, stochastical, fantastical model to generate 'responses' to inputted ideas (or do what I do for important simulations and consult the magic 8-ball).-- Jinbish, Dec 16 2002 This place is more like the half-Simery.
