When engaging in a web search session, you tag URLs that you want to review later. Those URLs are filtered out of returned URL lists from further queries, so you don't have to remember that you've seen it before. Could be set to filter out entire domains as well. Work across multiple search engines.

This would be excellent for spider-based search engines such as Infoseek and Lycos. These types of engines have a nasty habit of bringing up every page in a website in one search result, so you have 30 duplicate URLs in your top 50 sites. Annoying!
