Water fall fountain sculpted so the water creates an image.

Like the naturally occurring one in the link that looks like a bride but designed from the start to form a perfect picture of something. Birds, faces, trees etc.

Like this only created specifically to create an image. https://mymodernmet...-of-the-bride-peru/

Would you find a natural waterfall and trim it to make the picture? Sort of water topiary?

That was my first idea, just do what nature did with the bride image only with other pictures and more accurately detailed. But I live in California. Anybody who lives there can tell you you mess with natural water features and, well, they don't let you.

Having that done on private property could be cool though. I'm sure a stone sculpture would be very into that.

Doesn't need to be a picture of course, just an abstract could be beautiful.

I was interested in gargoyles growing up, particularly the way they could direct rain-water. They do that to reduce water-damage. But if you were willing to take the maintenance hit, you could have it run down the side of the building in an interesting way.

If you were designing a very big building, and had the budget to show off, you could have an artificial, natural-looking waterfall (with an image) running down the side.

A fan of ancient architecture and all its details myself. Sculpted rain runoff features would be awesome.

If, like the Peruvian bride, the images you"re trying to make are all white and downward- cascading, I wonder whether birds could be manipulated into creating them in guano.
