Like WikiCode for the bakery

I would like a feature like WikiCode on Wikipedia. A powerful, easy to use language that doesn't offer the freedom of HTML, so users can't trash the site with music and pop-ups. Also, it would make internal links and links within articles and annos easier to create. See link to Internal Links idea.
