Rather than having a fixed background image on your PC desktop, make it interactive so you can scrawl obscenities on it. Or messages, anything really.

Better yet, make it public so anyone (anyone connected to the same graffiti-desktop server?) can scribble on it. (Does everyone share the same graffiti-laden desktop, or do people "visit" others' desktops to scribble on them?)
