An order form for the movie theatre concession stand that can be filled out while waiting in line to purchase your tickets. As you buy your tickets, you hand the cashier your order form and pay for what you ordered as well. The cashier submits the form to the concession stand (through a computerized scan of the form perhaps). The workers at the stand gather your snacks together and have them waiting for you at the entrance to your particular theatre.
