Whilst walking aroung cold london today chatting to my friend on the phone I experienced 'very cold hand' syndrome. If one had a glove with a special palm pouch for the phone fingers would stay warmer for longer.

strait jacket with a little pouch round the back where your hands are for your mobile phone, loudspeaker in the front, nice warm rubber room, plenty of medication - viola

Or fingerless gloves. Or cycling gloves or anything that lets you maintain a secure grip.
