This shoulder mounted robotic parrot would move its beak in time to its words, which could be pre-arranged macros, AI chatterbot-inspired, typed on a keyboard or smart phone, or received over the internet. It would also do other parrot- typical movements like feather-rustling and possibly sing and dance.
