Move your finger across it and the view outside "pinches" for lack of a better word.

Tens of thousand of these optical fibers bring the images into the house but they'd be pixilated. Since they're flexible, if you push on a portion of them, they all bend towards your finger.

So you can scroll around the window bending the view in real time like it's in some kind of graphic art program. (See Max's link)
