Canvassers always have clipboards stuffed with shiny material. Why not put such paperwork to better use?
Humans-on-the-street are asked to solve a real person's or group issue. In some cases the question is an open-ended question. In other cases it's a True/False question about an actual decisions that someone made and whether or not it had disastrous consequences.
