Dear BorgCo.
Please find enclosed the Klein Bottle Blender, which I am returning. I would like to request a refund of the cost of the Blender (£17.99) and of the postage.

Despite my best efforts, I find that everything is _outside_ the blender, rather than inside; for this reason, I have been unable to blend anything with it.

Ironically, the only time it lived up to its promise of containing everything in the known universe was when I had to pay the return postage, which amounted to £T1.63.
