Iron Chef is broadcast (where I live) with the voices of the Chefs and commentators dubbed into English. Half (or more) of the fun of Iron Chef is the crappy overdubbing. I like bookworm's idea that Iron Chef Swedish is actually a choice of combatant for the challengers, but if you picked the Swedish Chef, the surprise ingredient would always be, "Cheecken!"
