My idea is to have a hose that cuts through walls so fire fighters can put out the fire more effectively. Spiked rotating nozzels drill holes into the wall without allowing oxegen in. Without allowing oxygen in? Not sure that's possible. The wall material itself, as it is being drilled, will crack and crumble around the cut edge. Even with the 'seal', it would be very difficult.
And also, the fire fighter would not be able to see where to direct the water flow.
