Like a normal Umbrella but keeps hands warm and is lightweight. It will be what everyone needs. Has been tested at temps below 0 and still keeps hands warm

so the handle heats the hands? could it not radiate heat from the inside of the dome to keep my head warm? what are we using for power? so many questions so little time.

The cold is worse on windy days, so maybe the umbrella could rotate in the wind like a windmill, generating power that could be used to warm the handle and to provide illumination under the umbrella, so that you could read while you walk.
