Whilst trawling through a Raymond Chandler collection I came across a H Potter character in The Long Goodbye.
Admittedly it's Harlan Potter, but it'd be a stonking film, all them wizards wearing pointy fedoras, double-breasted pinstripe cloaks, flying broomstick with running boards and the rattle of the Chicago wands-- not_morrison_rm, Apr 14 2019 The King in Yellow https://en.wikipedi.../The_King_in_Yellow [not_morrison_rm, Apr 15 2019] And the thick plotens...while I was trying to find a relatively short story by Chandler, at page 4218, there's "The King in Yellow" Link.
It Hastur be some kind of a coincidence. Aha, ha ha ha...ahem.-- not_morrison_rm, Apr 15 2019 How about Dennis Potter as director?
A small puzzle is why wizards never came up with a gatling-type wands, surely one wand is good, so six together must be better?-- not_morrison_rm, Apr 16 2019 random, halfbakery
