Some of us get on a bit of a literary bent when we post our ideas, building a world and a context and spinning a little tale wherein our idea lives.
Perhaps it would be nice to spin some of these out into longer tales, taking the idea, or several ideas, as jumping-off points to worlds where these are accepted or emerging technologies.
Then compile the best into a book.-- BunsenHoneydew, Dec 30 2012 Pykrete pyramid Great_20Pykrete_20P...id_20of_20EllesmereLiterary, bent. As a halfbaker, and a cruel literary critic (losers go in the recycling bin since I currently have no fireplace) I fear the result. Let's start with an e-edition, although if somebody publishes a 'zine I will provide subscription support.
Alright, I have resurrected an idea I pulled because it was not finished yet solely for porpoises of this project. Stomp on it as you will, please (link).-- normzone, Dec 31 2012 [+] and then it would be nice to have a halfbaker read it to you!-- xandram, Dec 31 2012 Thanks for the props Auscan. Would this be a category on Fictionpress or someplace similar? I like that idea.-- bungston, Dec 31 2012 I had this very idea a few years back; never had the time / willpower to bake it. I suggest also adding some halfbaked ideas hidden in secret messages in the book for those in the know to find.-- RayfordSteele, Jan 03 2013 random, halfbakery
