Local bands shouldn't only play in restaurants, bars, and on street corners. Bands could set up in hardware, grocery, and shopping centers to entertain customers. I had this idea a while back, but didn't phrase it so well, or put a different spin on it. So naturally I think it's a great idea. I recall the basis for the idea being that I wanted a punk rock band to run in and start playing loud, anti-establishment music while I was eating in the cafeteria.
