Glow-in-the-dark Sunscreen   (+5, -2)  [vote for, against]
Keep kiddie's skin safe by causing them to go indoors

Sunscreen contains glow-in-the-dark phosphors so that kids will run outside, get "glowed up", then run back inside into a dark room or closet to see their skin glow. Not only will they spend only about half as much time in the sun, they'll get exercise, especially if the darkest room in the house is in the basement, so they have to keep running up and down the stairs...

You might want to add a little PABA for actual sunscreen functionality to keep the USDA off your tail.

(PS: This is a repost of an idea that I think was lost in the great disastrous Halfbakery hard disk failure about a hundred Internet years ago.)

Also, you could wear it to a water park and see inside the dark slides.

How long would it glow, I wonder?

I wonder how much their risk of injury would increase because they are constantly running up and down the stairs in the dark.

There's something 'iffy' about children running around in the dark [-] im afraid
